Job Title: Shipping Clerk/Interdepartmental Floater

Summary

Connectronics Corp, a HEICO company, is a U.S. manufacturer of specialized electronic connectors including high-voltage interconnects, aerospace connectors, underwater connectors, high current connectors, and multi-pin cable assemblies. Our connectors are used in a variety of industries including aerospace, defense, entertainment, medical and nuclear. We currently have an opening in Toledo, OH for a Shipping Clerk who will also be assisting in other departments as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Prep small fragile parts for shipping.
• Determine shipping method for materials and provide options and requirements in response to shipping requests.
• Contact carriers to issue specific instructions/arrangements for shipping and delivery of materials.
• Utilize computer system to generate labels, paperwork, and reports.
• Bulk package shipments onto pallets, including wrapping and strapping.
• Perform accurate inventory checks.
• Filing, data entry, other small office tasks.
• Sorting and putting away shipments.
• Special projects in various departments as needed.
• Entry level tasks in production and molding departments.
