We are seeking an experienced Test Engineer Manager to join our team. As a Manager, Test Engineer, you will be managing a small team of at least 3 test engineers. You will be developing software and hardware solutions for complex engineering tests across our commercial and defense programs.  Must be a self-starter & team player who can take ownership of a project from design to deployment under a rapid pace. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the design, development, deployment, and documentation for RF ATE Test Systems (primarily Python) used for testing RF and microwave devices for space and defense applications
• Develop and refine company-level software architecture and reuse strategy.
• Create and refine software development and management processes: version control, code review, coding standards, and related
• Interface with product engineers to develop ATE test solutions to validate device performance specifications across various test conditions
• Create test data sheets for customer reporting
• Create, maintain, and update data processing applications in Python
• Use data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to generate customer data packages
• Maintenance of existing legacy ATE software (LabVIEW and Keysight / Agilent VEE)
• Migration and update of legacy ATE software to more modern platforms (Python)
