We are looking to add an Associate Investment Analyst to our Investment Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer and analytical skills and a passion for investments. We are looking for an individual with an interest in data analysis and a desire to develop skills and contribute to a team. A successful candidate will have the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members, critical attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, an energetic and positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Organizational skills, resiliency and flexibility, and promptness are necessary in all tasks and responsibilities.

Skills & Responsibilities:

• Support investment team on all phases of the investment process.
• Collect data and create and update financial spreadsheets.
• Help monitor existing investments, maintain files and ensure all data are accurate and up to date.
• Help complete summaries detailing performance.
• Assist in the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders, including performance reports and compliance documentation.
• Utilize internal and third-party data sources, along with analytical frameworks, to support portfolio monitoring, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making.
• Proficiency with technology and willingness to test and explore to build dashboards, analyze trends, and enable data-driven insights.
• Interest and excitement about AI technologies and their role in process automation, data management, and operational efficiency; capable of identifying and applying AI-driven solutions to improve workflows and reduce manual effort.

Travel:

• Minimal travel is required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• A genuine desire to serve with excellence.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities
