The Senior HR Delivery & Execution Consultant is an individual contributor within Truist’s HR Transformation team, focused on advancing service delivery model transformation to enable a more efficient, scalable, and personalized HR function. This role applies a multidisciplinary transformation approach to diagnose root causes, eliminate friction, and simplify processes, ensuring changes are reflected in content and platforms to drive a more efficient, digital teammate and manager experience. Working across HR, Technology, and enterprise partners, the consultant accelerates high-impact initiatives that strengthen how HR delivers value at scale and enhance enterprise outcomes.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Leads complex HR execution and delivery initiatives across multiple disciplines
2. Advises business leaders on human capital implications and execution risks
3. Designs and implements improvements to HR delivery processes
4. Leads cross-functional HR projects and change initiatives
5. Translates workforce data into actionable execution plans
6. Provides guidance and coaching to junior professionals
Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2. 7+ years progressive HR experience
3. Advanced knowledge of HR execution and delivery models
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in financial services
2. Project or change management certification
