Leads automated testing of application software to identify areas of improvement opportunity. Directs testing, measures, and reports testing status via test summary and defect reporting. Lead the testing requirements and design reviews, including overseeing the work of testing teams. Lead and participate in robust unit testing and support for subsequent release testing. In an Agile environment: Create and execute moderate to complex test scenarios and cases. Responsible for design, developing, and maintaining automated unit testing, and supporting integration and functional testing. Track and monitor defects. Collaborate with other LOBs and Tech partners to ensure software quality. Requires in-office work.

Required/Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and four to seven years of experience or equivalent education and software engineering training or experience In-depth knowledge in information systems and ability to identify, apply, and implement IT best practices Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function Ability to plan and manage projects and solve complex problems by applying best practices Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates. Ability to interpret and convey complex, difficult, or sensitive information. Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce knowledge or certifications Working knowledge of ServiceNow Agile tool – Rally or similar Working knowledge of Automated Testing tools – Selenium Develop and maintain accurate and insightful reports
