The Technology, Data, and Operations Finance team is expanding and seeking innovative, builder-minded professionals to help us navigate the challenges of growing responsibilities and advancing reporting capabilities. This role serves as a strategic finance manager to Wholesale Technology & Operations, providing financial analysis and guidance for high-impact decisions to key partners. Owns month end reporting and analysis, forecasting, annual plan, and collaborating with partners on monthly reviews. Operates with a high degree of independence and strategic influence. Role will need to focus on operational aspects as well as investment/project side to execute new demand needs from Wholesale segment.Position will sit on site at one of the posted locations. No remote option available. No other locations will be considered.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial Manager

1. Serve as a strategic business consultant to supported lines of business.
2. Lead performance evaluations and prepare executive-level financial insights.
3. Own development of short- and long-term forecasts and the annual financial plan.
4. Provide financial guidance for new product development, pricing, and investment opportunities.
5. Mentor analysts and ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
7. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications: Financial Manager

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent education and related training.
2. Eight years of relevant accounting or finance experience that includes complex financial analysis.
3. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Proactive in completing tasks and producing deliverables.
4. Sound and comprehensive understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes. Ability to build consensus through communication and presentation of factual and relevant information.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interpret and communicate financial analysis to business partners in a concise and useful manner.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Sound and logical decision-making abilities.
8. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work well with others in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
9. Familiarity with GAAP. High proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and other basic software products. Financial Modeling experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Financial Manager
1. Supervisory experience
2. Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, or Chartered Financial Analyst
3. Master's degree of MBA
4. Specific financial services or specialized industry experience.
5. Proficient in Essbase/Hyperion, EPM/BPC, or other enterprise accounting software.
6. Experience with macros/VBA.
7. Analytical experience
8. Problem-solving
9. Experience reviewing large amounts of financial data.
10. Experience using Alteryx or Tableau
