Performs a variety of operational tasks and coordinates information among various operational areas and clients. Executes day-to-day responsibilities for charge-off accounts and collections. Responds to collections business partner requests. Recognizes deviation from accepted practices.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receives, logs, batches, reviews, and distributes incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed.
- Keys transactions, verifies accuracy, and performs routine math calculations to balance general ledger accounts.
- Processes charge-off accounts and collections. Responds to collections business partner requests.
- Processes client accounts for service initiation, maintenance and termination, including making adjustments to client accounts.
- Responds to and resolves client inquiries using multiple resources and records in a timely manner to meet service and quality standards.
- Adheres to established policies and procedures and recognizes deviation from accepted practices.
- Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Firm authority in a timely fashion.
- Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum Experience:1 year of job related experience. Regular office environment;
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- May sit for long periods of time;
- Talk and hear regularly;
- Use of hands, ability to reach;
- Ability to see objects up close or at a distance, use peripheral vision, identify basic colors;
- Up to 10 pounds weight lifting/force exertion required;
- Weight/force exertion required less than 10% of the time;
- Travel not required
