What does a Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A do at Rinnai?
This position is a key member of the Finance team responsible for aspects of financial planning, forecasting, operating metrics with a heavy emphasis on financial analysis. This position will interact directly functional leadership to manage expenses, plan performance, forecast development and financial analysis required to develop sound financial business decisions.
- This position is located at 103 International Drive Peachtree City, GA with a hybrid schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage financial elements of Rinnai strategic planning process.
- Perform product line profitability analysis and sales performance reporting.
- Perform monthly analysis of financial results.
- Update rolling forecast and managerial financial reporting.
- Support analytical needs to drive business performance.
- Identify and communicate Key Performance Indicators across multiple product lines.
- Analyze monthly financial statements including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flows
- Analyze actual expenses against budgeted expenses to drive adherence to set company financial targets
- Analyze gross and contribution margins by product line and identify trends.
- Analyze Profitability for Branch Locations, Customers, and Product lines.
- Embrace and support growing business demands in a changing environment.
- Other duties and responsibilities as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Minimum 5 years of Financial Planning and Analysis experience in corporate environment
- Significant experience utilizing ERP systems and “bolt-on” financial resources to extract and analyze complex volumes of data.
- Solid understanding of financial principles and reporting standards
- Leadership of enterprise financial planning process
SKILLS
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Proficiency with various Microsoft Office applications
- Analytical, flexible and able to adjust and learn new processes and procedures.

- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to retain and achieve complete confidentiality for all sensitive information.
