Job Description:
At Regions, the Business Transformation Executive provides the leadership and oversight to one or more workstreams that enhances processes and technology tied to a large multi-year complex project. This position partners with business leaders and senior leaders to manage the project and delivery through multi-disciplinary teams to achieve the specific business outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Leads and provides oversight of the execution of the Bank’s multi-year comprehensive projects for the business transformation initiatives
- Leads one or more workstreams for a business
- Develops and manages the overall project plan
- Ensures the project is executed according to the plans
- Collaborates with technology partners and business groups to implement changes
- Partners with multi-disciplinary teams across the organization to achieve desired project outcome
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ten (10) years of relevant experience
- Six (6) years of leadership experience
- Knowledge of the financial services industry
Preferences
- Master’s degree
- Project management experience

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
