At Regions, the Treasury Management Leader is responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of a group of area Treasury Management Officers (TMO) in alignment with Regional and bank strategies.
Primary Responsibilities
Grows total TM revenue including PxV and commercial interchange through effective coaching, joint calling and collaboration/partnership with geography sales leadership
Coaches TMO's using the Regions Relationship Management model, focusing on retention, expansion and acquisition of customer
Travels in the area markets to observe, participate in and provide feedback through all phases of the Relationship Management process including but not limited to: joint calling, TM Sales coaching, participation in geography sales/pipeline meetings, and effective communication with area sales management teams
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and eight (8) years experience in Treasury Management sales
Or High School Diploma or GED and nine (9) years experience in Treasury Management sales will also qualify
Preferences
Advanced degree
Two (2) years management or supervisory experience
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation
Skills and Competencies
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
**travel for this role will be up to 40%**
**this role will cover Corporate and Institutional banking clients**
Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
