The RAH Investor Sales and Servicing Associate is directly involved in supporting the structuring, modeling, and maintenance of investor equity fund models. The position focuses on detailed financial projections and investor pipeline analysis and will also be involved in fund marketing and closing processes as part of a larger Investor Sales and Servicing team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assists with building and maintaining Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) related fund-level financial models and projections including the creation of investor-specific benefit schedules
- Tracks client and prospect needs and works with Originations team members to prepare updates on property pipeline and match opportunities to investor needs
- Prepares investor due diligence requests during the marketing and fund closing processes
- Supports senior staff in investor sales activities, including pitch material preparation, data analysis, and portfolio analysis for existing investors
- Helps identify opportunities for more efficient methods of internal data collection and distribution
- Ensures high quality client deliverables through strong written communication, presentation skills, and attention to detail
- Assists in compiling and organizing financial data for use in reports and presentations
- Provides analytical support to senior team members
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a directly related field
- Three (3) years of financial analysis experience including strong Excel skills and prior experience with financial analytic tools related to rental multifamily housing transactions using the low income housing tax credit
- Three (3) years of experience preparing professional PowerPoint presentations, including the ability to present the results of data analysis
- Three (3) years of experience in a fast-paced transactional environment
- Familiarity with the LIHTC program strongly preferred

This position wil require daily, on-site attendance at our Great Neck, NY or Atlanta, GA locations.
Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
