At Regions, the Administrative Assistant - Executive performs advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of organization policies and practices. This position may assist an executive, senior manager, or a group of leaders.
Primary Responsibilities
Manages confidential, strategic, and business critical information
Coordinates meetings and events (onsite and offsite), reserves and prepares facilities, prepares necessary materials and distributes minutes of meetings
Keeps abreast of all technology used by department and troubleshoots any issues
Completes moderately complex projects
Manages leader's email inbox
Initiates routine and some non-routine correspondence and memoranda
Prepares reports and presentations
Coordinates details related to business travel
Completes expense reports
Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments
Greets and directs visitors
Answers and directs incoming calls
Resolves routine and complex inquiries
Assists with scanning, copying, faxing, filing, mailings, and other similar tasks
Receives and distributes mail
Orders supplies and equipment
May provide back up to other Administrative Assistant associates for coverage and/or additional assistance needed
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Five (5) years of years of administrative experience
Skills and Competencies
Ability to deal well with changing assignments and priorities

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail

Intermediate Skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense. The locations available for this role is Atlanta, GA.

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
