At Regions, the Consumer Home Equity Enablement Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a team of Consumer Home Equity Enablement Specialists that ensure proactive pipeline management of branch-originated home equity applications, with a focus on driving efficiency and increasing loan closure rates.
Primary Responsibilities
- Monitors daily workflow, assigns tasks, and ensures timely follow-up on loan applications
- Identifies and escalates potential process improvements to increase efficiency, as well as customer experience
- Ensures all service and performance standards are met
- Serves as a point of escalation for complex issues worked by the team
- Identifies coaching and training opportunities for associates to expand knowledge and skill set and decrease exposure to risk
- Performs general management duties, exercising usual authority concerning staff, performance appraisals, promotions and terminations
- Ensures that the team is conducting activities in compliance with internal and external policies, regulations, and applicable laws
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Six (6) years of related experience
- Two (2) years of management/supervisory experience

- Bachelor's degree

- Ability to collaborate with multiple business groups across skillsets
- Ability to multi-task; able to prioritize and work accurately, flexibly and efficiently under pressure
- Ability to supervise, coach and develop associates
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal communication, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Thorough understanding of the loan process and associated documentation requirements
Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
