Overview
Responsibilities
Assist IS Service Center Supervisor in directing the daily operational activities of the team. Serves as the High-Profile incident communication champion and first escalation point for Service Center staff. Respond to, diagnose and resolve advanced personal computer, workstation and application-related problems through independent research and discussion with users. Delivering advanced remote technical support for Piedmont Healthcare. Perform timely advanced technical duties regarding enterprise system and network monitoring and computer operations in a distributed system environment. This includes problem recognition, research, isolation and resolution and thorough documentation. Remediate problems while identifying and escalating complex problems to appropriate support group. Provide tier1 support for application issues requiring restart of system services or devices. Provide system administration for shared folders and domain rights. Lead the creation and maintenance of the Customer Care Knowledge database. Provides technical support and guidance for problem resolution to team members.

Qualifications
Education
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
- 4 years of experience in an IS customer service Required
- HDI - Help Desk Institute HDI Service Center Agent certification must be achieved within 180 Days Required
