Lead Training Environment Spec

Responsibilities: This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies for the upkeep and management of training environments that closely resemble production settings. This role involves addressing usability and ongoing training needs, collaborating with Healthcare Informatics and Clinical Application Teams, and ensuring the highest quality of training environments. Will lead and direct complex, large projects for all training environments; oversees and partner on smaller and medium projects.

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Computer Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Required or
  • In Lieu of degree, four (4) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement. Required
Work Experience
  • 5 years of progressively responsible professional work experience providing computer-based software training, support, project management or a closely related field Required or
  • In lieu of degree a total of nine (9) years of experience Required
  • Prior experience leading projects and supervising others Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
  • EPIC - EPIC Certification This position requires that the appropriate Epic certification to manage and build training environments be successfully obtained for the specific area of assigned responsibility within the first 90 days of employment if not already completed. within 90 Days Required
