Provider Onboarding Associate
Overview: Responsible for day-to-day management and support for the hiring process of physicians and advanced practice providers, including the onboarding process to ensure seamless and timely start of work. Serves as a liaison between the physician leaders, recruiters, candidates, and internal departments to ensure providers can begin work in accordance with their start date. Establishes and retains strong relationships with physicians, business leaders and internal departments. MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or equivalent field. In lieu of degree, six (6) years of recruitment experience will be accepted.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
None. If no degree, six (6) years of recruitment experience is required.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working in healthcare or human resources preferred.
