Talent Consultant, RN Residency

Overview:

This position will support recruitment efforts for new graduate RNs for the RN Residency program in the Macon, GA area. Frequent travel is required both locally and statewide for campus visits. In addition, there will be occasional travel to campuses in other southeastern states. Campus visits frequently require public speaking in front of large groups as well as networking with nursing program faculty and staff.

Responsibilities: Reporting to the Regional Manager, Talent Acquisition, this role sources candidates, develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need, selects new employees and employees wishing to transfer to work in various departments and facilities of the Piedmont Healthcare System. Participates as part of the talent acquisition team to fill open positions. Creates pipelines of talent and identifies and pursues creative sources of qualified applicants to meet the needs of the business for new employees Qualifications: Education

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Social Sciences, or related field Preferred

Work Experience

• 2 years of recruitment and/or HR experience Required
• Participation in an HR Internship program Preferred
• Experience with iCIMS and PeopleSoft Preferred
• Recruiting experience or general HR experience Preferred
