Registrar Transplant Data

Overview: Identifying and maintaining records of all transplanted and/or treated patients at Piedmont Hospital both during and after the transplant evaluation date. Abstracting pertinent transplant and evaluation data items for use in research and studies. In addition, all transplant patients in the UNOS registry are to be followed by the registrar quarterly and all subsequent transplant disease processes and treatments are to be recorded accurately. Qualifications: Education

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required

• Computer experience with knowledge of database and record management, word processing and graphics Required
• Previous registry or oncology-related experience Preferred
