Mgr Productivity Analysis
Overview: Responsible for the design, analysis, and monitoring of productivity and labor management for all facilities of Piedmont Healthcare Corporation (PHC) utilizing the productivity management software system. Designs, coordinates, and manages projects to improve system productivity and the overall understanding of productivity/labor management. Projects involve plan development, industry research, expert interviews, benchmarking, operational feasibility analysis, financial pro formas, presentation development, and implementation assistance. Trains all levels of supervisory and management staff and facility based productivity specialists on productivity and other decision support systems. Assignments entail a high degree of autonomy to interact with all levels of management and leadership. Manages all resources assigned to specific project efforts. Maintains strict confidentiality of all patient, employee, and company data. - Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field Required or
- Graduate from a nursing program with a a current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License Required
- 5 years of professional work experience performing or managing labor/productivity/process improvement Required or
- 5 years of experience in healthcare clinical operations Required
- RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure if applicable Upon Hire Required
