Manager, Access Services
Overview:
This role leads the centralized management, optimization, and governance of provider scheduling across the Physician Enterprise. You will oversee the build and maintenance of provider templates and access workflows in QGenda and Epic, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with enterprise access strategies.
Working cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and technical teams, you will drive adoption, evaluate new use cases, and continuously improve scheduling processes and system performance. Candidates should bring hands-on experience administering Epic and QGenda scheduling systems. This role is ideal for a manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex operational challenges at scale.
Responsible for executing and delivering the practices, programs, and initiatives that deliver timely access to care and ease of scheduling, improved provider, and employee experience; as well as improved operational performance and efficiency. This includes building a culture that prioritizes patient access, accommodation, and care coordination for the Physician Enterprise.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related healthcare field Required or
- In Lieu of degree six (6) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement Required
- Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field Preferred
- 5 years of progressively responsible healthcare operations experience Required or
- In lieu of degree 11 years of progressively responsible healthcare operations experience Required
- Prior experience in a project management department/office or consulting firm Preferred
- Supervisory / management experience Preferred
- None Required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Preferred
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodology Preferred
