Executive Director - Physician Enterprise Operations

JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for implementation of major operational activities in support of Piedmont Physician Enterprise strategic and operational plans and priorities specific to service lines. Has overall responsibility for all of practice operations financial and operational performance and is accountable to communicate and implement strategic initiatives to meet Piedmonts goals and objectives. Oversees all practice management resources and the organizations staff to maximize efficiency in support of the employed service line. Functional area responsibilities include Operations, EHR, Provider Recruitment, Physician Acquisitions and On-boarding. Member of the Executive Management Team. Exercises overall supervision relating to daily operations of the organization as delegated by the COO.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
A Bachelors degree from a recognized college or university in business administration, healthcare administration or a closely related field.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Seven (7) years of progressively responsible work experience in a senior management position in a medical practice setting, healthcare administration or a closely related field is required.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters degree preferred in business administration, healthcare administration or a closely related field.
