Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead process improvement, manufacturing innovation, and capital projects. This role will work closely with Production, Quality, Design Engineering, and other teams to improve safety, quality, efficiency, capacity, and cost while supporting new product launches.
This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to mentor engineers, lead complex projects, develop manufacturing best practices, and influence long-term manufacturing strategy.

What You’ll Do
- Lead manufacturing process improvement and Lean initiatives.
- Lead capital projects from concept through implementation.
- Evaluate and implement equipment, tooling, automation, and new technologies.
- Support new product development and manufacturability.
- Troubleshoot production and quality issues using root cause analysis and data.
- Develop process standards, SOPs, work instructions, and best practices.
- Lead supplier development and qualification activities.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- 8–10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Strong experience with manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and process improvement.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional and capital projects.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and project management methodologies.
- Advanced CAD and data analysis skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience mentoring or leading engineering personnel.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s preferred
Plastic tooling experience is a plus.
