Role Overview
|
|
|
This senior-level HR role partners with leadership to drive employee relations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. You will lead investigations, training programs, HRIS optimization, and process improvements to enhance employee experience and retention. The ideal candidate enjoys maintaining accurate files and records, analyzing data in Excel and HRIS systems, and using insights to support a positive workplace culture and alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities & Key Performance Indicators
|
|
|
- Provide interpretation, guidance, and recommendations on HR policies and practices; ensure equitable and compliant administration across the organization.
- Respond to employee relations issues and allegations within 48 hours; lead complex investigations including harassment, discrimination, and misconduct, consulting legal as necessary.
- Maintain accurate employee files, update personnel records timely, and ensure handbook and policy compliance.
- Maintain and analyze disciplinary action logs monthly and review turnover trends; develop strategies to improve culture, retention, and employee engagement.
- Lead HR process improvements quarterly and oversee HRIS optimization, including requirements gathering, testing, and implementation.
- Facilitate internal compliance, leadership, and skills-based trainings; serve as main trainer with 90% adherence to the annual training plan.
- Support performance management processes, including coordinating review cycles, tracking goals and feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans.
- Support Compensation & Benefits administration and Talent Acquisition, including new hire paperwork compliance, eligibility verification, and regulatory audits.
- Coordinate and analyze exit interview data and present actionable insights to leadership.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, employee engagement programs, and organizational development efforts based on internal surveys.

Qualifications
|
|
|
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and investigations
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices
- Experience with HRIS systems, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives
- Proven ability to influence leadership and manage sensitive, complex situations with discretion. Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong facilitation and training delivery skills

- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)

Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this position starts at $75,000+ annually. This range is a good faith estimate of what Hoshizaki America expects to pay for this role. Actual pay may vary based on experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
