Role Overview |
|
|
The Manufacturing Engineer plays a critical role in driving operational excellence by developing, optimizing, and sustaining efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing processes. This position partners closely with production, quality, and design engineering teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and support the successful launch of new products. Through data-driven analysis, project leadership, and hands-on collaboration on the manufacturing floor, this role directly impacts product quality, cost, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities |
|
|
· Improve manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, capacity, and safety · Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives · Troubleshoot and resolve production and quality issues cross-functionally · Support cost analysis, production planning, and labor/material estimates · Develop manufacturing methods with design engineering for new products · Lead capital projects from concept through completion (scope, schedule, budget) · Support equipment selection, justification, and implementation · Create concept drawings for new or improved equipment · Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and risk assessments · Develop and maintain SOPs, process flows, and work instructions · Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions |

Salary & Benefits |

The salary range for this position is $[70,000]– $[106,000] annually. This range is a good faith estimate of what Hoshizaki America expects to pay for this role. Actual pay may vary based on experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
