Role Overview

The Assembler is essential to producing the high-quality equipment Hoshizaki is known for—Built strong. Our products. Our people. This role completes basic assembly steps to create components or finished units that meet production, safety, and quality standards. By following detailed instructions and working within the department, the position helps ensure customers receive reliable and durable equipment.

Location : Peachtree City, GA or Griffin, GA – select your preferred facility

Schedule : Day shift assembly, 4–10 hour shifts (5:00 AM – 3:30 PM). Fridays are required based on production needs. Additional shifts or overtime may be scheduled as needed to meet production demands.

Department : Production/Manufacturing      

 

Responsibilities & Key Performance Indicators

  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to complete assembly steps in a timely manner as outlined by the department supervisor.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and identify/report potential hazards to management.
  • Perform basic assembly of parts to form complete units or subassemblies.
  • Perform up to two distinct job functions within the group/department.
  • Meet company and department Safety, Quality, and Production targets as outlined in the approved annual KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Little or no prior relevant experience required.
  • Ability to use hand/power tools and other special equipment.
  • Ability to read, write, and perform standard assembly-related tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse environments.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or industrial equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks, contributing to a collaborative, safety-focused culture.

Hourly Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $[15.00] per hour for Assembler I, $[17.15] per hour for Assembler II, and $[18.40] per hour for Assembler III. These rates represent Hoshizaki America’s good-faith estimate of compensation for each level. Candidates should expect placement at the Assembler I level, with higher levels determined by internal qualifications and demonstrated skills. Actual pay may vary based on experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
