This exciting new luxury hotel is the destination for upscale hospitality, imaginative dining, and world-class events. With the legendary Georgia World Congress Center as their backdrop, this 976-room property is showcasing soul of Atlanta in a whole new way! As an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you’re not just overseeing operations of one or more dining outlets – you’re contributing to creating memorable guest experiences that leave a lasting impression. In this role, you will oversee the hotel's fourth floor dining options, including Nest on Four, In-Room Dining, Homespun and the Highball pool bar

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Support seamless operations: Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations, including guest service, quality control, inventory, reservations, marketing, and reporting
- Enhance guest satisfaction and service excellence: Assist with the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements to elevate the guest experience
- Deliver consistent quality: Ensure food presentation meets high standards and monitor cost and portion controls to maximize value
- Support team performance and development: Assist in supervising and developing team members by providing training, scheduling, feedback and recognition to foster a positive and productive work environment
- Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
