Nightly Movie Theatre Cleaner (1099 Contractor)

Location: Fayetteville, GA (Trilith Area)

Schedule: 7 nights/week • Arrival between 12:30am–1:30am

About the Role

Heart and Soul Cleaning is seeking two experienced cleaners to join our team for a high-profile movie theatre account in Fayetteville, GA. This role is perfect for dependable, detail-oriented cleaners who enjoy overnight work and take pride in maintaining clean, guest-ready spaces.


Requirements (Must-Haves)

To be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Prior movie theatre cleaning experience (required)

  • Ability to operate a backpack vacuum

  • Strong attention to detail and consistency

  • Reliable transportation and punctuality

  • Ability to work independently during overnight hours

  • Must be able to walk, bend, reach, and lift trash bags as needed

  • Must be a HARD WORKER who takes pride in cleaning

  • Must be able to pass a background check


Nightly Responsibilities

Lobby & Hallways

  • Sweep & mop hard-surface floors

  • Vacuum carpeted areas

  • Remove, clean, and replace floor mats

  • Remove gum from floors

  • Dust horizontal surfaces up to 8 ft

  • Clean interior windows & glass up to 8 ft

  • Empty and reline trash receptacles

Restrooms

  • Sweep & mop floors

  • Clean/disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks, and fixtures

  • Polish mirrors and stainless steel

  • Refill soap and paper dispensers

  • Empty and reline trash receptacles

Auditoriums

  • Remove trash and debris from seats and floors

  • Sweep/mop (or degrease) hard floors

  • Vacuum carpeted floors, stairs, and edges

  • Clean under screens

  • Dust horizontal surfaces up to 8 ft

  • Clean exit doors and kick plates

  • Weekly detail tasks as assigned

General Duties

  • Take all trash to the designated dumpster

  • Place “found items” in the assigned area

  • Maintain equipment and follow closing procedures (lights, alarms, door security)


Pay
  • Competitive monthly pay (1099 contractor)

  • Pay rate will be discussed during the interview

  • Paid monthly after invoice approval


Work Schedule
  • Nightly: 7 days per week

  • Arrival window: 12:30am–1:30am

  • Overnight shift; end time varies based on volume. Could take up to 5-6 hours
