Eaton’s North American Sales division is currently seeking a Retail Accounts Coordinator to join its team. This hybrid position is located in Peachtree City GA.This exciting opportunity provides the ability to support high-volume retail accounts while managing order processes and resolving operational issues. It offers exposure to cross-functional teams and system transformation initiatives within channel operations.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $56,000 - $83,000 a year.

What you’ll do:

The Retail Accounts Coordinator will partner closely with sales, pricing, customer service, and supply chain teams to support high-volume transactional activity, resolve issues, and ensure effective execution of Channel operations—particularly during periods of system transformation and process change.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Review and process sales orders in accordance with business guidelines, including order generation, release to distribution centers and issue escalation.
• Monitor and resolve order holds, cancellations, and fulfillment issues, partnering with internal teams to drive timely resolution
• Utilize SAP/S4 reporting tools to identify and resolve order rejections, delivery blocks, and pricing discrepancies.
• Monitor account activity and prioritize orders to ensure timely shipments and invoicing.
• Support execution of pricing programs, including Special Pricing Agreements (SPAs), promotional programs, and pricing updates
• Act as a liaison between sales, operations, distribution centers and IT for order management support.
• Provide timely and accurate product quotes to customers.
• Assist with order-related issue resolution tied to pricing discrepancies and system workflows
• Process financial adjustments including credits and debits.
• Deliver responsive customer service via phone and email, maintaining organized records in customer account files and shared drive.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline workflows
• Support reporting and data consolidation to provide visibility into key operational activities

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field OR 3 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree may be considered.
• Minimum of one (1) years of experience in operations, sales support, customer service or related field
• No relocation assistance will be provided for this role. Candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Peachtree City GA. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting order management, customer operations, or sales operations
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP/S4)
• Experience working with retail or distributor customers
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
