More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Senior CGI, 3D Animation, VFX & Motion Graphics Artist, Cooper Lighting Solutions, in Peachtree City, GA (hybrid). Cooper Lighting Solutions is a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting. In this role, you will own the entire creative pipeline for CGI, VFX, and AI-enhanced video content. From concept and storyboarding to modeling, animation, lighting, visual effects, compositing, and final edit, you will craft cinematic-quality visuals that bring our products and brand stories to life.

  • End-to-End Creative Ownership: Develop the vision, storyboard, and style for CGI, VFX, and AI video content; create CGI assets, motion graphics, animations, and AI-enhanced visuals.

  • Technical Production: Model, texture, light, animate, and render 3D assets, while integrating visual effects to meet project objectives.

  • Lighting & Realism: Apply or develop skills in lighting simulation using IES photometric data to enhance visual realism.

  • Post-Production Excellence: Handle VFX compositing, sound design, color grading, and final video polishing; ensure the highest quality output.

  • Brand & Creative Innovation: Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries; leverage your creative freedom to elevate and evolve brands and campaigns, applying new technologies, AI tools, and innovative approaches to shape visual storytelling frameworks and set high standards for video content.

  • Collaboration & Scalability: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to scale production and meet deadlines efficiently.

More about you

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

  • Bachelor’s degree in art, digital media, computer graphics, animation, film, or related

  • 5+ years of experience preferred, but exceptional portfolio and demonstrated skills considered

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.) and professional CGI/VFX software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or Unreal Engine

  • Excellent storyboarding, creative direction, hands-on implementation, and VFX integration skills — capable of taking projects from concept to final edit

  • Exceptional communication and project management skills, able to collaborate across teams and vendors

  • Experience with AI video platforms and lighting simulation (IES photometric data) is highly desirable

  • Salary: $92,000 - 134,860 based on experience

  • Bonus: target bonus opportunity - 10%
