More about the role

  • WMS Configuration & Support
    • Configure, implement, and maintain the WMS - Blue Yonder, SAP EWM
    • Provide day-to-day operational support for system users, addressing WMS issues and process breakdowns promptly.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for WMS incidents and ensure timely resolution.
  • System Integration
    • Support integration between WMS and ERP, TMS, automation systems (e.g., conveyors, sorters, robotics), and other third-party applications.
    • Coordinate with IT and vendors for upgrades, patches, and testing.
  • Project Management
    • Lead and participate in WMS-related projects, including new feature rollouts, process changes, and system migrations.
    • Develop and maintain documentation (process flows, SOPs, training materials).
  • Process Optimization
    • Analyze warehouse operations to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency using WMS capabilities.
    • Support General Manager, operations Supervisors and engineering teams to implement best practices.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Develop operational reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and system health metrics.

More about you

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

  • Bachelor’s degree: Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with WMS platforms in a distribution or logistics environment.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse processes (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control).
  • Experience with SQL, scripting, or WMS configuration tools a plus.
  • Familiarity with RF systems, barcode scanning, and warehouse automation technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment.
  • Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma practices in a warehousing environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with Blue Yonder, SAP S/4HANA, Robotics, Drones
  • Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., EDI, API, middleware).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience supporting 24/7 operations.

Working Conditions:

  • Office and warehouse floor environments.
  • May require weekend or after-hours support during peak periods or system go-lives.

Salary: 92,000.00 - 122,000.00

Bonus Potential : 10%
