As a Senior Network Project Mgmt, you will be responsible for all aspects of technical project and program management that are more network focused and not IT or Software Delivery related.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Interpretation:

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret diverse data sets to monitor the health of current projects, identify project roadblocks, and solve a variety of business problems

  • Proficient with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL)

• Statistical Methods and Decision Support:

  • Apply advanced statistical methods to quantify data variances and employ traditional modeling techniques to support decision-making

  • Utilize tools such as Tableau, PowerBI (AI Insights), Azure.

• Operational Efficiency and Cost Savings:

  • Optimize operational efficiency by creating in-house solutions that contribute to significant cost reductions and enhanced resource utilization

• Business Case Development and Analytics Tools:

  • Develop business cases and create complex models using big data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI AI Insights, Databricks)

  • Make recommendations for process, financial, and business model improvements

• Reporting and Business Insights:

  • Develop visualizations such as dashboards, reports, and charts

  • Advise business partners on data patterns and relationships to recommend strategic directions and business outcomes

• Procedure Streamlining and Automation:

  • Streamline operational procedures, reducing manual work and increasing productivity and operational effectiveness

• Client and Business Collaboration:

  • Work directly with our business strategy team and global roaming partners to define opportunities to increase revenue, reduce roaming costs and improve quality of service for our customers

  • Extract and analyze data from specific applications, systems, and/or databases to create reports and provide recommendations based on the analysis of the data

• Develop and manage complex technical project plans to completion within time and resource constraints

• Analyzes proposed projects, develops detailed project plan schedules, and identifies and assembles a project team

• Performs scheduling, tracking, reporting, risk analysis, cost management, variance analysis, change management, evaluation, and control of complex technical projects

• Establishes and manages critical contractual relationships with customers and/or external vendors

• Leads implementation, and production life cycle (e.g., business case analysis, feasibility analysis, and market research) of technical business initiatives

• May lead and/or manage multiple interrelated projects or a family of strategic programs

• Vendor management

• Sprint planning, iteration meetings, sprint backlog management, and other agile

Required Experience:

• 3-5 years’ experience; Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role

Desired Education:

• Bachelor Science degree in Math, Science or Engineering preferred or equivalent related project management experience

Environmental Requirements:

This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.

Our Senior Network Project Mgmt earns between $106,100 - $159,100 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
